HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

To ensure that our products are of the highest quality, we manufacture the products when the order is placed. This can take up to 2-5 days to complete. Once processed we will immediately dispatch your products and you should receive your products in 14 to 30 days. For all domestic orders, it will take between 14 to 22 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched. We currently don't ship internationally. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 5 days business days of ordering.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Alternatively, enter your tracking number into ‘Track your order’ on our website.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Creed Wears will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 30 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation under the following conditions:
  • There is no visible signs of wear and tear
  • No tags have been removed
  • Item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered
  • New Merchandise in its original condition
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days. 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.
